Customization

All handmade and customized products—including styled wigs, custom costumes, cosplay props, and related items—are crafted to order based on customer specifications by Cakycos®.

Due to the handmade nature of these products:

• Each item is unique
• Minor variations in color, styling, or construction may occur
• These variations are not considered defects

Customer-Provided Measurements and Specifications

All custom items are produced based on the measurements and details provided by the customer.

• Cakycos is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information submitted
• If the final product does not meet expectations due to customer-provided errors, no refunds will be issued
• Any corrections, revisions, or remakes will require additional charges, quoted based on the scope of work

Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check all measurements and details before placing an order.

Fit and Sizing Disclaimer

Custom costumes are made based on submitted measurements and may not account for personal comfort preferences (e.g., tight vs. loose fit). Slight fit differences are not considered defects. Adjustments due to preference or incorrect measurements will incur additional fees.

No Refunds for Customized Products

All handmade and customized products—including styled wigs, custom costumes, cosplay props, and related items—are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of these products:

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Fit or sizing issues
  • Dissatisfaction with style or appearance
• All orders are considered final once production has begun

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• Verified defects
• Incorrect items sent
• Shipping damage (subject to claim requirements)

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

Special Requests

• Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement
• Additional fees may apply depending on complexity
• Cakycos reserves the right to accept or reject modification requests

Rush Orders

Rush services may be available for an additional fee. Availability and pricing will be confirmed before acceptance.

Pricing

All prices include labor and materials unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated separately.

Shipping & Handling

• Cakycos is responsible for properly packaging and dispatching all orders
• Once shipped, delivery timelines and handling are controlled by the carrier
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or carrier-related problems

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) and provide:

• Photos of packaging and item
• Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

We will assist in resolving the issue, including filing claims where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Cakycos is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Warranty & Claims

All items are final sale and non-refundable as outlined above.

Cakycos will review claims at its sole discretion for:

• Damage during shipping
• Defects
• Incorrect items

Claim Requirements

• Must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Must include photo/video evidence

Important Notes

• Opening the package does not void your claim, but proper documentation is required
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
• Minor variations due to handmade nature are not considered defects

Materials & Safety Disclaimer

Products may contain materials (e.g., adhesives, fibers, chemicals) that could cause reactions in sensitive individuals.

Cakycos is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions
• Skin irritation
• Improper use or handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cakycos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cakycos from any claims arising from misuse, improper handling, or violation of these terms.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Cakycos before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

We reserve the right to dispute claims with evidence including:

• Order confirmation
• Delivery confirmation
• Agreement to these terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Artistic Interpretation Disclaimer

All custom and handmade products are created based on reference images and customer specifications. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our work, exact replication is not guaranteed. Variations in styling, color, structure, or detailing may occur and are not considered defects.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to be charged the full amount at checkout.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Cakycos®, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and related policies.

Fraud Prevention

Cakycos reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of our policies. Additional identity verification may be required before processing certain orders.

Order Cancellation by Cakycos

Cakycos reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, material shortages, or inability to fulfill the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Production Delays

While we strive to meet estimated processing timelines, delays may occur due to complexity, order volume, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Reference Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and consistent reference images or instructions. Cakycos is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from unclear, low-quality, or conflicting references provided by the customer.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Cakycos and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases from Cakycos or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
