[Cakycos] Custom Cosplay Wig Commission - Quote Request

We email pricing, timing, shipping and payment instructions. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days, check spam and contact us. Requests may close after 20 business days without a reply unless otherwise discussed.

Production and slot reservation begin after payment or the required deposit is received.

We send finished photos or videos before shipment. Your wig includes one complimentary revision after completion and before dispatch.

For urgent orders, your email states the specific confirmation or revision deadline. No reply by that deadline means the wig is treated as confirmed so it can ship. Other orders may be held until confirmation. Confirmed orders are packed and shipped with tracking.

Share any special preferences before quoting. References from other creators may be used for inspiration with appropriate permission. Handmade styling, materials, wig structure and lighting can cause small variations; exact replication is not guaranteed.

Your base color choice is a starting preference. We may adjust it to match character references and material availability. Color changes cannot be guaranteed once production starts.

We ship internationally. Standard U.S. transit is generally 5–10 business days after dispatch; other destinations vary. Production and shipping are separate. Some orders ship directly from our international workshop.

Provide an accurate address, monitor tracking and pay applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees. Carrier handling, customs and transit delays after dispatch are outside our control.

If we cannot agree on a final quote, the quote request fee is refunded in full. If you agree to keep the request open for a future order, we retain the fee instead. The refund exception applies to 10 or more price inquiries for the same item without committing to an order.

Finished commissions do not accept returns or refunds once production begins. Payments or deposits become non-refundable once materials are purchased or production starts. Minor handmade variations are not defects. If Cakycos cannot complete the commission before production begins, any eligible refund will be issued.

We carefully pack each order. If the package arrives visibly damaged, photograph or video the packaging before removing or wearing the item and email info@cakycos.com promptly. Keep the packaging and securing materials; damage review may require an unboxing video and photos of the exterior packaging and item. Wearing the item or altering packaging before documenting damage may affect review.

Quotes depend on materials, complexity, approved changes and deadlines. Production availability is limited. Repeated requests, excessive revisions or major changes without commitment may lead to future requests being declined. Cakycos may decline, cancel or refund a commission.
