[Cakycos] Cosplay Wig Repair

How it works?

1. Get A Quote by filling out the necessary information and submitting your order. *You will receive a full refund if we cannot agree on a final quote.  If the quote is successful, quote amount will deduct from final price.
2. We will contact you via email to confirm details, and if additional charges are needed.  After confirmation, you will need to ship your wig to us for repair. *We can provide flat rate shipping at discounted rates.  Please provide us your tracking number once your wig is shipped.
3. Production will begin once your wig is received.  For smooth process, please provide us the tracking number of your wig.
4. Once completed, we will send out finished photos/videos for confirmation.  Once we receive confirmation, we will ship your wig and provide a tracking number.  No shipment will be sent out if confirmation is not received.

Repair Option

1. Tier I - Light Repair - light detangle, wash, simple style, trim bangs (re-crimp not included)
2. Tier II - Standard Repair - heavy detangle, full restyle, frizz fix, minor glue cleanup
3. Tier III - Major Rescue - badly matted wigs, partial re‑wefting, big anime spikes, major reshaping

Additional Packaging Option

• Add model head and secured packaging - we will secure your repaired wig on a model head with pins and ribbons
• For no model head shipping -  we will ship it back in original packaging

Additional Shipping Option

• Include inbound shipping at discounted rate - we will provide a shipping label for you to ship your wig to us
• I will ship on my own -  please let us know your tracking number after it's shipped to avoid addition delay

Production & Shipping

Production Time - typically within 10-15 business days after the wig is received.

Shipping - customers are responsible for shipping over the wig to us for repair and the return shipping back to them.  For return shipping, it usually arrives in 5-10 business days (United States).

There will be an extra fee for rush orders.  Contact info@cakycos.com for inquiries.

Price

Prices include labor and materials (excluding shipping).  Shipping will be calculated based on size, weight, and location.

Shipping/Insurance

Once the package gets to the shipping carrier, it’s at the customer’s discretion and knowledge since the package is out of Cakycos’s control, Cakycos is no longer liable for the package.  If there are any additional fees through custom, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for them.  (For more information, please check out Warranty/Returns)
