Shipping

Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary. Production and delivery times are separate.

Made-to-order styled wigs are final sale.

The Ears Add-on is not eligible for refunds or returns unless damaged. See our Refund Policy for damage reporting and assessment.
