Your Custom Cosplay Costume & Props Quote
$5 is the quote request fee, not a finished costume or prop. Tell us whether you need a costume, props or both. We email the final price, production estimate and shipping details. If you proceed, the $5 is credited toward your final order total.
What to Send
- Character & references: name, series, front/back views and important details.
- Required pieces: costume, shoes, accessories, armor, weapons or other props.
- Preferences: materials, finish, fit, comfort, mobility and allergies.
- Delivery & sizing: country, required arrival date and available measurements.
Typical production: approximately 2–6 months, depending on complexity, materials, sizing and our queue. Rush orders are always available to request. Selecting Rush does not reserve a slot or include a confirmed rush fee; feasibility and any additional fee are confirmed before commission payment.

After You Submit
We email pricing, estimated timing, shipping and payment instructions. If you have not heard from us within 5 business days, check spam and contact us. Requests may close after 20 business days without a reply unless otherwise discussed.
Production and slot reservation begin after payment or the required deposit is received. We may contact you for further details during production. Finished photos or videos are sent for confirmation before packing and shipping with tracking.
Measurements, Materials & Pricing
Most costumes are custom-sized. Provide complete, accurate measurements and tell us about length, stretch, fit or mobility needs before production; later changes cannot be guaranteed. Body proportions, posture, fabrics and how the costume is worn can affect fit.
References from other creators are for inspiration and may require permission. Handmade construction can vary slightly from references; exact replication is not guaranteed.
Pricing includes labor, base materials and standard construction. Shipping is quoted separately by package size, weight, destination and insurance requirements. Material availability, approved revisions, complexity or rush requests may change the final price.
International Shipping & Timing
We ship internationally. Standard U.S. transit is generally 5–10 business days after dispatch; other destinations vary. Production and shipping are separate. Some orders ship directly from our international workshop.
Provide an accurate address, monitor tracking and pay applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees. Carrier handling, customs and transit delays after dispatch are outside our control.
Production and delivery estimates may change due to workload, material availability and circumstances outside our control. Confirm your event deadline before payment.
Quote Fee, Refunds & Returns
If we cannot agree on a final quote, the quote request fee is refunded in full. If you agree to keep the request open for a future order, we retain the fee instead. The refund exception applies to 10 or more price inquiries for the same item without committing to an order.
Costumes and props are handmade to order unless stated otherwise. Once production starts, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
Packaging, Damage & Other Conditions
We carefully pack each order. If the package arrives visibly damaged, photograph or video the packaging before removing or wearing the item and email info@cakycos.com promptly. Keep the packaging and securing materials; damage review requires an unboxing video and photos of the exterior packaging and item; claims without the video are not accepted. Wearing the item or altering packaging before documenting damage may affect review.
Quotes depend on materials, complexity, approved changes and deadlines. Production availability is limited. Repeated requests, excessive revisions or major changes without commitment may lead to future requests being declined. Cakycos may decline, cancel or refund a commission.
