No Returns on Customized Items

All handmade and customized products (including styled wigs, cosplay costumes, and props) are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products:

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Fit or sizing issues
  • Dissatisfaction with style or appearance
• All orders are considered final once production has begun

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Cakycos stands behind the quality of its products. Claims may be reviewed at our sole discretion if an item is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrect from your order

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cakycos.com.

Required Evidence

• Clear photos of packaging and item
• Unboxing video

Cakycos reserves the right to deny any claim that lacks sufficient supporting evidence.

If a claim is approved, Cakycos may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Store credit
• Partial refund

Unboxing & Inspection

• Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery
• Recording an unboxing video is strongly recommended
• Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be denied

Shipping Issues

• Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Shipping delays are not grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Cakycos is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter.

Important Notes

• Minor differences due to the handmade nature (e.g., slight styling or color variation) are not considered defects
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for claims
• Opening the package does not void eligibility for claims, but proper documentation is required

Customer-Provided Measurements & Information

All custom items are created based on the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

• Cakycos is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information
• If the final product does not meet expectations due to customer-provided errors, no refunds will be issued
• Any corrections, adjustments, or remakes will require additional charges, based on the scope of revisions

Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check all measurements and details before placing an order.
