Processing Time
All handmade items (including styled wigs, custom costumes, cosplay props, and related products) are made to order.
- Processing time varies depending on the complexity and difficulty of the design, unless otherwise stated on the product page
- Processing times may also be affected by order volume, customization requests, or material availability
- Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed
- Customers will be notified via email if additional time is required to complete their order
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring timely receipt of their package.
Shipping Responsibility
- Cakycos is responsible for properly packaging and dispatching all orders
- Once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control
- Cakycos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Please provide:
- Clear photos of the packaging and item
- An unboxing video (strongly recommended)
We will review the case and assist with filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
Cakycos reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient supporting evidence.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery:
- Reshipping fees will apply
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is:
- Unclaimed
- Refused
- Returned to sender
The customer is responsible for:
- Reshipping fees
- Any additional handling costs
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included by default.
Customers may request additional insurance prior to shipment for an extra fee.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Cakycos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
