Standard custom wig commissions typically take 20–25 business days to produce. Costume and prop commissions generally take about 2–6 months, depending on complexity, materials, custom sizing and our queue. These are production estimates, not delivery dates. Production starts after payment or the required deposit; shipping takes additional time. Send your required arrival date so we can confirm a schedule for your project before payment.

Yes. Rush orders are always available to request. Tell us your event date, required arrival date, shipping country and the pieces you need. We review production and shipping together, then confirm whether your specific deadline is achievable and any additional rush fee before you commit. A rush request does not automatically guarantee arrival by every deadline.

Yes. We send finished photos and/or videos for your review and confirmation before dispatch. Please reply promptly with your approval or questions, as your order may be held while we wait for confirmation. After approval, we pack your commission carefully and provide tracking when it ships.
