How to order？

1. Get A Quote by filling out the necessary information and submitting your order. *You will receive a full refund if we cannot agree on a final quote.  If the quote is successful, quote amount will deduct from final price.
2. We will contact you via email for pricing, shipping info, and a payment link.  If additional information is needed, we may reach out for clarification. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the quote will be closed.
   
3. Production will begin once payment is received.
4. Once completed, we will ship your package and provide a tracking number.

Production & Shipping

Production Time:

• Depends on difficulty, from 2-9 months
• Rush orders are available with additional fee

Special Request:

• Feel free to provide any photos for reference (e.g, fabric, allergies, designs or even photos of productions from others for reference (permission might be needed)! 
  

Shipping:

• Standard: usually arrives in 7-14 business days (United States); International shipping varies.
  

Sizing:

• We customize sizes for each client, we also have a standard size chart here for reference.

Rush Orders

There will be an extra fee for rush orders.  Contact info@cakycos.com for inquiries.

Price

Prices include labor and materials (excluding shipping).  Shipping will be calculated based on size, weight, and location.

Shipping/Insurance

Once the package gets to the shipping carrier, it’s at the customer’s discretion and knowledge since the package is out of Cakycos’s control, Cakycos is no longer liable for the package.  If there are any additional fees through custom, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for them.  (For more information, please check out Warranty/Returns)

Warranty/Returns

We do not accept returns.  Warranty voided if package is tampered, wig removed, or worn after taking out of original packaging.

All packages are sealed thoroughly, and items insides are secured to the box for security.  If the package comes to you damaged, please do not open the packaging, and take photos first to avoid voiding the warranty.

When receiving the package and you can hear the item completely loose and not attached to box, please do not open it and inform us first. We will be asking for a video unboxing to assess the damages and whether the warranty is valid.  By opening your wig's package and removing it you are acknowledging the terms and agreements of above voided.  Email the photos and videos to info@cakycos.com for additional assistance.
