Rental Period Options:

Costumes will arrive the day before your reserved rental day and must be shipped back the next day after your reserved rental day.

Customers can choose their rental reserve days directly on the booking calendar, for example:

• 1-Day Rental:
  • Day 0: Costume arrives.
  • Day 1: Use the costume (The booking day).
  • Day 2: Return shipment.

Please ensure timely returns to avoid late fees. Extensions are available upon request for an additional fee.

Pricing:

• Rental Fee: The rental fee is based on the chosen costume and rental duration. Prices are displayed on each product page.
• Deposit: A refundable deposit will be added to your rental order. This deposit will be refunded once the costume is returned in good condition, with no damages or missing items.
• Late Return Fee: A late return fee equal to the daily rental rate for the product will be charged for every day beyond the agreed rental period.
• Shipping:  Shipping costs include delivery to your address and return shipping services. A prepaid return label will be included in the original package for your convenience.

Rental Extensions:

• How It Works: You can request an extension for your rental period at any time before the return date. Extended rental fees will be calculated based on the additional number of days requested.
• Fees: Extensions are charged at a daily rental rate.
• How to Request an Extension: Contact us via info@cakycos.com with your order details. Extensions are subject to costume availability and approval.
• Important:  If we do not receive a request for an extension and the return is late, late fees will apply instead of the extension fee.

Cancellations:

Please contact info@cakycos.com if you'd like to cancel your booking.  

• 14+ Days Before Rental Start Date – Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• 7–13 Days Before Rental Start Date – 50% refund of the rental fee.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Rental Start Date – No refunds (due to scheduling and preparation).
  

Care Instructions:

To ensure the longevity and quality of your rental items, please follow these guidelines, for details on criteria for evaluating used conditions, refer to our terms and conditions:

• Do not wash, dry-clean, or iron the costume or wig. Any attempt to clean the items yourself could damage the fabric or styling.
• Avoid moisture: Keep the costume and wig away from water, rain, or any damp conditions. If the costume gets wet, let it air dry naturally, but never use direct heat to dry it.
• Store properly: When not in use, store the costume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For wigs, store them on a wig stand or in the provided wig cap to maintain their shape.
• Avoid stains: Do not wear the costume near food, drinks, or any substances that may cause stains (e.g., makeup, lotions, etc.).
• No extreme weather: Do not wear the costume in extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain or high winds, as this could damage delicate details.
• Repairs: If there is minor damage, please contact us immediately. Any major damage will incur a repair or replacement fee.

Important Information:

• No Try-Ons Before Rental: We do not allow try-ons to maintain the costume’s quality for all customers.
• Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for fit-related issues. Please double-check your measurements or contact us for assistance.
